UAL Research Fortnight Craft Readers Event

  • CSM Granary Square London, England, N1C United Kingdom (map)

Are you interested in materiality and making?  Are you conducting research on craft?
Is practice a key component of your studies?

Join us for a lively discussion during UAL Research Fortnight. It will be an opportunity for all students to:
    •    discuss contemporary literature on making
    •    publish material on our website and social media
    •    discuss your work with peers

The Craft Readers are a post-graduate discussion group operating across all UAL colleges. Whether you can attend the event or not, we would appreciate if you could share with us:
    •    the title of your research or project
    •    one sentence about your interest in craft and making
    •    an image of your work or subject
This material will form the basis of our discussions and demonstrate the importance of craft studies at UAL.
The event will be held in Pod A in the library at Central Saint Martins on Thursday 16th March, 16:30 - 19:00.
Join us for a lively discussion and meet like-minded students.  Refreshments will be provided.  Follow us @craftreaders for insights into our work, themes and travels.
